These terms apply to public courses and private cohorts booked with Learnaitoday. By paying an invoice or submitting an enrolment you agree to them. I teach as Learnaitoday from 79 Ayer Rajah Crescent, #04-08, Singapore 139955. Questions: [email protected].

Booking a public course

A seat is only held once I have received the fee on the invoice. Groups are capped at twelve. I confirm dates by e-mail. Evening sessions run 19:00–22:00. Saturday sessions run 10:00–18:00. The half-day course runs a single four-hour block. I teach in English. You are responsible for bringing a laptop and a piece of work you are allowed to use in class.

Fees

Indicative public fees per seat, materials included, are S$690, S$390, S$520, S$690, S$890, and S$320 according to the course listed on the courses page. The invoice states the amount due. Private cohort fees are quoted after scoping; a half-day primer starts from S$3,200 for up to twelve people. A private booking is held with a deposit of half the quoted fee; the balance is due five working days before the first session.

Transfers and cancellation

You may transfer a public seat to a later run of the same course if you write at least five working days before the first session. Inside five working days I can transfer you only if another person takes the seat. If I cancel a group, you receive a full refund of the fee you paid, or a transfer to the next run, as you choose. I do not refund for change of mind after the first session has begun. Missed evenings may be sat with the next public group of that course at no extra fee if you write before the session starts.

For private work, a date change requested more than ten working days ahead is usually possible. Inside ten working days the deposit is kept against the time already spent on your files, unless I am the one who must move the dates.

Conduct in the room

You agree not to record other participants, not to paste other people’s personal data into a public model, and not to harass anyone in the cohort. I may ask someone to leave a session, without refund, if they ignore that. Online seats keep a camera on during working blocks so I can see when help is needed. Confidential files are used only in redacted form unless a private NDA is in place.

Materials and intellectual property

Session notes, recordings, and prompt sheets I write for a cohort are licensed to you for your own professional use. You may not republish them as a course, sell them, or hand them to another training provider. Work you brought remains yours. Comments I write on your homework are for you. Recordings are taken down after the four-week clinic.

Nature of the teaching

The courses are educational. They do not constitute legal, financial, security, or employment advice. Decisions about tools, data, and staffing remain yours and your organisation’s. I do not promise a job, a salary outcome, or a particular business result. Outputs from models are unreliable until you check them; you are responsible for what you send on after class.

No accreditation

Learnaitoday is an independent training provider. Courses are not accredited by, and are not affiliated with, any university, government agency or software vendor. The attendance letter I issue is not a qualification. There is no government funding attached to a seat.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by Singapore law, Learnaitoday is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for loss of profit, data, or goodwill, arising from a course or from use of materials. My total liability for a booking is limited to the fee paid for that booking. Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of Singapore. The courts of Singapore have exclusive jurisdiction. If a part of these terms cannot be enforced, the rest still applies.
