This note explains how Learnaitoday handles personal information on learnaitoday.life. I run the school myself. There is no separate data office. If something here is unclear, write to [email protected].

What the enquiry form collects

The form on the home page and the contact page asks for your name, your e-mail address, an optional phone number, a course choice, and a message. A required tick confirms that I may use those details to reply. A hidden timestamp helps me reject automated posts, and a hidden “website” field, which humans leave blank, does the same. I do not ask for identity numbers, payment cards, or your employer’s registration details through the form.

Why I ask for it

I use the name and e-mail to answer you. I use the course choice and the message to recommend a public seat, a private cohort, or no course. I use the phone only if you gave it and if a call would be kinder than a long mail. I do not add you to a list. I do not send newsletters. There is no automated mail sequence after you submit the form. The thank-you screen is the only automatic response.

Who sees it

I read the enquiries. Form contents are not passed to advertising networks, list brokers, or other training providers. I may use a mailbox hosted with my Singapore infrastructure provider. That provider processes the mail as part of hosting. I do not sell information. I do not share it for someone else’s campaign.

How long I keep correspondence

I keep enquiry mail and my replies for up to twenty-four months so I can remember what we already discussed if you write again. Invoices and payment records related to a booking are kept for as long as Singapore tax rules require for a small training practice. If you do not book, I do not keep your files from a classroom homework pack, because you never sent one.

Your requests

You may ask what I hold about you, and you may ask me to delete correspondence that is not an invoice I must retain. Write to [email protected] from the address you used. I will answer within one month. If you booked a course, deleting the enquiry does not cancel the booking; say if you also want the seat released.

Classroom files

Homework you send during a course is used to teach you and to comment. I keep it for the duration of the course and the four-week clinic, then I delete my copies unless you ask me to keep a comment thread a little longer. For private cohorts I sign an NDA before materials arrive, and I delete the pack within thirty days after we finish unless you instruct otherwise.

Embedded map

The contact page and the footer load a Google Maps embed of 79 Ayer Rajah Crescent. That is a third-party service. When the map loads, Google may set cookies and may collect technical data according to Google’s own terms. If you decline cookies on this site I still cannot control what Google does once the iframe is requested. You may use the address as text and skip the map.

Hosting

This site is hosted on shared infrastructure in Singapore. Server logs may include IP addresses and requested pages for security and upkeep. I do not use those logs to build a marketing profile. Anonymous page counts, if you accepted the cookie note, stay in the browser as part of the local storage choice described on the cookies page; they are not sold.

Children

Courses are for working professionals. I do not knowingly collect information from children. If you believe a child has sent the form, write to me and I will delete the message.
