How scoping works
We start with a short call, usually thirty minutes. I ask who will be in the room, what tools you already pay for, and which tasks currently sit with one person who is tired of them. You then send three to five typical examples. I do not need secrets on that first call; a redacted sample is enough to see the shape.
Within a week I send a draft programme: hours, format, what I will demonstrate, what the team will build, and what I will not cover. You may cut a topic. You may not add a second process “while we are at it” without stretching the hours. Once you approve the draft, we pick dates and I send the NDA.
Data and confidentiality
We work on your examples. I sign an NDA before any materials come to me, and I keep those files only for the duration of the engagement plus thirty days, unless you ask me to delete them sooner. Nothing from your pack is used in a public course, a note, or another company’s room.
In the classroom I ask people to work on copies. If a public model is in use, we stay on stripped files. If your policy forbids public tools, we stay inside whatever private assistant your security team already allows. I will not argue you into a tool your security team has already refused.
